POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

All items despatched via Australia Post are by Registered Mail.
If no one is in attendance to accept parcel, a slip will be left in your letterbox to present at your nearest Post Office. You may be required to provide identification at time of collection. Free insurance cover up to $100.00 included with Registered Post.

We endeavour to despatch your order within 3 business days of clearance of cheques, receipt of money orders, or receipt of payment via Paypal, however this may take longer depending on the order.

Capital cities allow 3-4 business days for delivery. Country areas allow extra day.

APD COURIER - Adelaide area only.

Delivery by APD Courier can be arranged. It is ONLY available for orders to be delivered to premises where person/persons are in attendance during normal business hours to accept delivery.

Should no one be in attendance the parcel will be left at the delivery address. We accept no responsibility for the loss of delivery in this instance.
